No. This healing cannot be taught. It is our souls job to heal, which has required A LOT of cleansing to be uncovered and unlocked.

It is not something that can be switched on and off.

Many techniques out there, teach anyone who wants to learn, how to move energy around in another. But real blockages under the surface are still there (no matter how good your intentions are or how much knowledge about energy you have). When people try to heal others with learned techniques, it can backfire for them, as well as mislead others. We see this happen a lot.

Our job is ultimately to heal what is in the way of YOU understanding all you need, at the time you are ready. Throughout the healing process with us, when you stick with it, your own life will show you the next steps for you, AND when you are off-track.

No, just close your eyes and breathe. Your mindset or concentration won't do or change anything. Come back to very simple things, like a baby, and be grateful for all you are until today.

We are dealing to lifetimes worth of blockages…. so as much as you possibly can! This can save you a lot of time and searching when you stick with it.

We generally don't give a prescribed time like a doctor, because you've got to want it from deep inside. We find most people naturally book in for sessions weekly especially at the beginning. Some do fortnightly or monthly. For specific reasons, some people will do sessions daily. 

If you are ready to focus on your healing intensively in shorter space of time, we recommend staying at our Healing Centre in Bali.

Spaces and objects can store stuck energy too. We clean these as a session add-on, because your own healing comes first.

Some people come to us because they say there is something scary in their house. Energy itself is not scary, but when the brain doesn't understand it, or if something inside is out of balance, it can seem that way - very much so.

With objects such as stones - we clean stuck energy inside them. We do not use them for healing. Crystals themselves do not heal, they are pretty storage containers. *Putting crystals under the full moon does not recharge them like you think/ sage does not energetically clear a room/ tarot does not guide you in a pure way. All that can play with energy (and your brain). Playing with energy is not healing. There is a lot behind the scenes that you cannot see. Better to keep it simple.

No age limit. We heal babies (even before they are born), all the way through to old-age.

For children, we recommend the parents to do the session at the same time (your child carries a lot of what you do). For this reason, all young children receive healing for FREE — they are part of your session.

Yes. They can join in on your session, just let us know beforehand.

No, this is for everyone. All welcome. We will never ask you to change what you believe. We simply ask that you keep your mind and heart open.

1) We are always in process. Generally, when something comes up in life - stop, breathe, let go, and allow the understanding to come on its’ own. Using the brain to analyse / fight / doubt, just keeps you in the same spot longer. This we know from our own experience.

2) Keep it simple. Be like a baby.

3) Communicate with us in between sessions. If something is stuck, we can unblock it straight away. Don’t wait so long to reach out!

Watch out for excuses that pop up before doing sessions (things that have been stuck don’t want to get cleaned.) You have to be stronger than the excuses!
