International shipping (express) from Bali takes up to 7 days.
You will receive an email with a tracking number when your order is on the way. Once in transit, the timing is out of our hands. If there are unexpected delays in the production process, we will inform you.

Garments are made with 100% cotton, or a 50% linen- 50% cotton blend. Certified low-tox, which means chemicals are not added in the production process of the fabric.

From June 2026, all pieces are dyed with plants.

~ You can hand wash or machine wash on a delicate cycle with mild detergent.
~ We recommend hanging to dry.
Dyed items may fade over time.

Size charts with specific measurements are provided in each product description for your ease. Every piece is thoughtfully designed to fit a range of body shapes.

Women's garments jump 4cm per size. Unisex garments jump 6cm per size.

Kimono’s, Kimono tops and sarongs are all one-size.

S = (6-10 nz)

M = (8-12 nz)

L = (10-14 nz)

XL = (12- 16 nz)

XXL = (14-18 nz)

XXXL = (16-20) nz

It is free to sign up. Basically, anytime you share your discount link with family / friends / your community, YOU will be paid 10% of the total order when they purchase using your link, automatically.

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have one week after receiving your item to request a return / exchange.

Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You can contact us at laurathelabel@icloud.com. If accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return postage will be your responsibility.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain items cannot be returned, such as custom-made items, or something purchased on sale.

Exchanges
Once you have returned the item, we can exchange it for new one - matching the original price. You can also leave a store credit with us to use at a later date.
