All you need is a place to sit, your phone (for whatsapp audio) and a glass of water.
We offer these so you can TRY what we offer before going further with private sessions. Ie someone may join the group 2 weeks in a row to see ‘proof of change’ in their life, before purchasing a set of 12 Distance Sessions.
It is also a way to receive regular deep healing at a low rate (we have removed the excuse of money being in the way of your healing for you).

Why do regular sessions?
1) Things that have been buried come up to come out….. lifetimes worth. Regular sessions keep that process going.
Imagine starting a running race and then just walking off the track when you feel a little puffed. You would step up and get through the hard part in order to complete the race right?
The hard part of healing…?
It is the stuff that has been buried coming up to the surface (on its way out). Most people wait until something bad happens before they finally face it. You don’t need to wait….. we are available now so you CARRY AN UMBRELLA BEFORE YOU GET WET.
It is the excuses that pop up so you stay where you are (comfortable).
It is fight between your head and your heart / soul
It is the blockages (stuck energy) actually trying to stay inside you (Jimmy and Laura are what the stuck energy is trying to run from because it knows we are there to fight it so you don’t have to carry it anymore!!
2) See proof for yourself, reflected in your daily life. Only you know how you feel when you go to sleep each night so only you know the difference. Use that as your marker. We already know the ones who understand what this really is….. will naturally stick with it.
3) start to hear your own true voice again.
4) Be ok in the unknown. Actually practice that weekly until it is not so foreign.
